Terms of portal services

Effective August 18, 2021

AD Navigation AS, hereafter ADNav, portal services, hereafter portal, is meant to provide support and system monitoring. By enabling Online Services on a XR2 and gaining access to the portal, you and your organization agrees to and accept the following:

· ADNav can see the location of and system health, real time and historically, of any products that support this feature.

· ADNav logs user credentials for web site access.

· ADNav logs navigation and diagnostic data for future post analysis.

· ADNav may use any data logged as reference during system testing and development.

· ADNav may at any time terminate this service with a [agreed time] warning.

· ADNav does not guarantee 100% uptime of the portal and its online applications.

ADNav commits to the following:

· Not to give access to systems across user organizations unless given written permission.

· Not to share any user credentials, login history or in any other way information gathered from the portal unless given written permission.

· Scheduled downtime will be informed as early as possible to contact persons in each user organization.

· Delete all logged data and information upon user organization request.

· Offer all logged data and information to the user organization upon request.

· All real-time communication and stored data and information must be encrypted within reason.

The user organization commits to the following:

· Not to share any data or information learned from the portal in any way unless given written permission from ADNav.

To fulfill the agreement and send activation request, click here and identify you, your organization and unit serial-numbers to be enabled in the Portal. For all sets, Online Services must be enabled locally for the unit to appear online.
